How do I place an order?
 

Easy! Send us an e-mail detailing which design you'd like to have printed, the apparel you've selected from our catalog and the quantity, sizes and colors of apparel you want to order. If you have the artwork you'd like to have screen printed, please attach it to the e-mail in a high resolution .pdf, .ai, .eps, or .psd file.

Can I mix and match different styles and garment colors with my order?

 

Yes! As long we are printing the same design in the same ink colors, you can mix and match as many different items as you'd like for no extra charge! When selecting varying colors, please make sure the ink color you've selected will be visible on all the garment colors you order.

What is your minimum order?

 

We don't have a minimum order size! If you want a single shirt printed for you, we are happy to oblige. But, keep in mind that the price per shirt will go down when more shirts are ordered as the set-up fees will be spread over more items.

I have a photograph or business card with my logo on it, can you get a printable image from that?

 

Most often, the answer is no. We need a bigger, clearer image to work with for screen printing. But if that is all you have we can try to make it work. Art work fees will apply.

Can you screen print on hats?

 

At this point in time, we can only screen print on flat surfaces, so no hats. We are able to embroider hats, though!

Can you ship my order?

 

We can ship all over the United States using USPS or UPS, whichever will provide the best service for individual shipping needs. Our turn-around time does not include shipping time.

When will my order be ready?

 

Generally, our turn-around time is about 12-15 days depending on the volume of orders at the time your order is placed. Customized and detailed orders may take longer as they require a lot more time to complete. If you have a definite date you need to receive your order by, please let us know when you place your order and we'll make sure to work within your timeline.

 

Orders that are needed within 5 days of placing the order may be subject to rush order fees which will be discussed on an individual basis.

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We prefer check or cash so we can avoid paying credit card processing fees, but will gladly take a credit or debit card payment if that is what you prefer!
